Construction Administrator


We are currently recruiting a construction administrator to work in our office based in Ballymount, Dublin



Provide administrative support daily

Preparing health and safety folders

Creating spreadsheets / databases

Setting up databases, and checking deadline dates

Inputting invoice details into accounts software

Cost management of materials

Scheduling maintenance call-outs

Assisting with collating, printing, scanning and binding documents in preparation of meetings

Looking after electrical, gas and phone connections with suppliers

Archiving documents

Assisting with the firm’s diary management system

Ensuring meeting rooms and common areas are kept clean



2-3 years previous experience in a construction office

Experience/qualification in Microsoft Excel and Word

Experience in the system ‘Fasttrack’ would be a bonus

Must be flexible to cover holidays

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience is a busy environment, handling multiple tasks

Computer literate

Ability to meet deadlines

Be self-motivated with good organisational skills

Must have strong IT skills
