Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating unique, memorable and personal experiences for our guests during the process of check-in, check-out, reservations, and will report directly to the Front Office Manager. He or she should have an intuitive responsiveness to the expressed and unexpressed wishes and needs of our guests.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent service, build strong relationships, anticipate and exceed the guests’ expectations
  • Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check in/out and complete audit procedures, as required
  • Take ownership of guests’ issues and take action to resolve immediately

Job Requirements:

  • Good command of English in both verbal and written communication
  • A natural ability to sell the Harvey’s Point Experience
  • Confident with a pleasant disposition and well groomed
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Working on rotating shifts, including weekends
  • Experience in revenue management systems desirable
  • Knowledge of Hotsoft PMS an advantage
  • Minimum two years in a similar, luxury 4/5 star hotel essential
